植物工厂为积极探索绿色蔬菜的食品安全性,希望整个食品链的所有步骤都在无毒无菌的环境下进行,来确保植物工厂的蔬菜为健康安全蔬菜。植物工厂自动化控制平台包含可视化监控报表及设备自控后台。主要目的为提供现场监控人员透过监控报表以实时对设备、环境、水池做即时监控及异常报警处理,为全厂正常运转提供基础保障。设备自控后台除了监控也提供自动化的设置,使设备如灯光、水泵、加药机可自动调节达到安全生产及节省人力的效用。
我负责与 PDM 及 DEV 沟通,设计可视化报表,及后续与客户沟通后的不断迭代优化,并整合视觉风格达到产品化。后期参与了设备自控后台的原形图交互设计,并学习 Principle 做 demo 来传达设计动效与 DEV 更有效的沟通。
The plant Factory project’s goal is to explore the security of agricultural production by providing a safe and clean environment to feed society with healthy vegetables. Plant Factory provides monitoring staff with dashboards and device control system so they can have real-time monitoring on factory’s devices、environment 、water and can quickly respond to any alerts. Besides, Device Control System provides functions that can control devices automatically including light、water pump、dosing machine… so can effectively reduce cost and ensure production safety.
I was responsible for UI design of this project and worked closely with PM and engineers to ensure a high-quality product. I had designed the dashboard and UI guideline to keep their consistency. Also, I participated in UX design of the Device Control System, creating sitemap、task flows、wireframes and demo with Principle to communicate my ideas with PM and engineers.

可视化报表
包含全厂设备监控、环境监控、水环监控及种植区影像监控。
There are four different dashboards, including device monitoring、environment monitoring、water quality monitoring and plants video surveillance. The device monitoring dashboard provides the condition of all devices to make sure the factory operated normally.
The water quality monitoring dashboard provides real-time data on water quality, including quality、quantity and oxygen content to ensure it has the most suitable nutrition for plants to grow.
The environment monitoring dashboard provides real-time data on temperature、humidity、CO2 of the environment and illumination to ensure plants have the right environment to grow.
The last one is the plants video surveillance dashboard, it provides real-time monitoring on the area of plants to ensure that staff can respond immediately to every alert situation.
全厂设备监控主要是对设备的运行状态做整体的监控, 确保设备们的正常运转
颜色上采用深色、冷色调的色彩为背景色,比较不会造成眼部疲劳,加上暖色调、高亮度的色彩显示重点的数据上,才不会显得画面过于乱而没重点。
水环监控主要针对植物生长所需的水量、水质、含氧量进行实时监测及调整,以确保提供植物最适合的营养
环境监控主要针对植物生产所需要的温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度及光照等进行实时监测,并及时报警
远程设备自控后台
包含手动控制、自动化模板及报警信息三个模块。我参与了原形图及交互设计,所以初期跟PDM先了解工厂里的各种传感器设备、如何运作、什么时候该运作,有了sitemap整体架构后才开始原型图的部分。
The device control system has three functions, including manual control、auto control and alerts. I was responsible for wireframes、prototyping and UX design. Before UI design, I started to research devices、sensors、how and when do they work, and worked with PM closely to discuss the structure of this system so I can create sitemaps and wireframes.
